Questions

Credits, keys and billing

What is a credit?

The unit every plan is billed in. 1 credit = ₹1 = £0.01, fixed. A Team call costs 50 credits; a Business call costs 25 — half as much, because Business buys credits in bulk.

Do credits expire?

Yes — 365 days after the batch was purchased, whether it came from your monthly plan or a top-up. Until then, unused credits simply roll forward; nothing resets on the 1st of the month.

What does “bring your own LLM key” mean?

You paste an OpenRouter key into settings and CallScore uses it for transcription and marking instead of debiting credits for the model spend. Org admins only can see or rotate it, and it is never rendered back into the browser once saved.

Are Tamil and English calls scored the same?

Yes, on every plan. The same rubric, the same credits per call — there is no language surcharge and no separate Tamil add-on.

How do I pay?

There is no online payment yet. From Billing, request a plan change or a top-up and your org’s owner approves it from their side — the credits land on your balance once they do.
