Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 August 2026 · Applies to callscore.pivaratech.in and callscore.beyex.com
1. Introduction
These Terms govern your use of CallScore, operated by Pivara Technologies, and supplement Pivara's general terms. By creating an account or using CallScore, you agree to these Terms.
2. The Service
CallScore lets you upload call recordings (directly or via Google Drive) for transcription and scoring, giving you visibility into call quality, conversion, and coaching opportunities.
3. Accounts & Organizations
You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Organization admins are responsible for the users and roles they invite. You must provide accurate account and organization details. Report suspicious activity to tech@pivaratech.com.
4. Your Content and Call Recordings
You retain ownership of the calls you upload. You grant CallScore a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and analyze that content solely to provide the service.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to record, upload, and share each call — including obtaining any consent required under wiretapping, call-recording, or data protection laws that apply to you. CallScore does not verify this consent on your behalf.
5. Google Drive Integration
Read-only access, limited to the folders/files you select — CallScore never modifies, deletes, or shares anything in your Drive.
6. Free Tier & Usage Limits
New organizations get a limited number of free uploads on the shared platform key. Beyond that, your organization must connect its own AI/LLM API key. Limits may change with reasonable notice.
7. Acceptable Use
- Don't upload content you don't have the rights or consent to upload.
- Don't access another organization's data, bypass usage limits, or interfere with the service.
- Don't reverse-engineer the service.
- Don't misrepresent AI-generated output as human expert opinion without disclosure.
- Don't use CallScore for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual Property
The CallScore software, design, and underlying technology are owned by Pivara Technologies.
9. AI Output Disclaimer
Scores, transcripts, and summaries are generated automatically and should be reviewed by qualified personnel before being relied on for critical decisions. They're meant to support, not replace, human judgment.
10. Termination
You may close your account at any time. CallScore may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to the service or other users.
11. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." CallScore is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.
12. Changes to These Terms
Changes are reflected via an updated date at the top of this page. Continued use of CallScore constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
